Rounding out the fall season, four teams entered into a two-day knock out tournament. Defeating the Player's Cup champions Ranch Hand in the semi-finals, Gusto Polo had to face Centennial Cup champions Hondo in the finals. The first half was a defensive battle, but Gusto came out strong in the third chukker to dominate the game.

After weeks of rain, the fields dried up to complete the 4 Goal USPA Centennial Cup. The semi-finals resulted in a three-team shoot out with Hondo and Prestonwood advancing to the finals. Hondo was victorious after stellar second chukker put them in the lead.

After losing to Mayer Ranch in the first 12 Goal tournament, Lucchese (13) defeated Mayer Ranch (12) in the second 12 Goal tournamentof the fall series. Juan Curbelo scored a penalty shot in the final 30 seconds of the sixth chukker to give Lucchese the lead. This game was a great rematch between teams in the feature match of the Aging Mind Foundation polo benefit.

Mayer Ranch defeated Lucchese in a back and forth battle with a final score of Mayer Ranch (12) and Lucchese (11). Vaughn Miller Jr scored the twelfth goal, giving Mayer Ranch the lead to win in the final minutes of the sixth chukker. The game was a great show of competition and sportsmanship in honor of Kimberly Anderson Mayer.
